“It’s a nice hotel in a very convenient location. Nice swimming pool and jacuzzi. Will come back if ever come to the island again. ”

“The staff is not consistent. The restaurant greeter is not customer first. The large round table in the lobby means there’s literally nowhere to sit or congregate. Third floor has free coffee and sodas in the morning in the central area while there’s nothing on the main floor common area - for a very expensive room. Views are superb.”

“We liked the location and the view. The room was a bit tight. Considering it comes with a kitchenette at a bigger price, we expected to see a larger space. Overall, is a no contact service, and nobody cleans the room during our stay. For a longer period, this would probably be an inconvenience. “Wow, I cannot say enough about my wife's and my stay, and it's rare for me to write a review (good or bad) for any property. The host is clearly a student of human behavior and accommodated our needs in unexpected, and most pleasing ways. Breakfast was delightfully tasty and home-cooked by the host, and his recommendations for local restaurants were impeccable. Of course the destination (Friday Harbor) is a no-brainer, but our accommodations were the icing on the cake. My wife and I will……

“The staff seemed to be clueless about everything and unfriendly, NEVER a smile! Quoted me $130 a night then changed it to $199 a night. I couldn't get the TV to work the second night, the first night I got a majority of the channels that were just infomercials. I would not recommend this place.”
