It was bery convenient with our dogs and the neighborhood was great, I just dont feel like this is conducive for an extended stay. If we had to stay in Ketchikan again for a day or 2 we would definitely stay here again. Can see bears, beaver, mountain goats, eagles, Salmon run, seals, and deer all within 15 min drive. WiFi worked perfectly. This place has a covered parking area also.
