“Overall, we had a good stay, but there are several areas that could be improved. The hotel is nice overall, room was fine, ac was good, but it hotel lacks entertainment. The bar has no music, which makes the atmosphere feel quiet, and it closes quite early. The complimentary beach chairs are a nice perk, but there are no umbrellas available. Also, the staff who collect the chairs constantly monitor guests and seem eager to remove them. They even start collecting the chairs before 7:00 p.m.,……

“Overall, everything was excellent, and I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The staff, accommodations, and overall service exceeded my expectations. The only concern I encountered involved the valet parking attendants. I overheard comments indicating that they should prioritize parking vehicles for restaurant patrons rather than hotel guests because hotel guests "don't tip." I found this to be unprofessional and discourteous, as all guests should receive the same level of service and……

“Only complaint, shower needs a deep cleaning and some maintenance. Room needs some insulation to much noise every time. If you’re ok to sleep with steps over your head bed , fully recommend.”

“Check-in was the best I’ve ever had, the gentleman that checked us in was super helpful and ever so informative. He explained everything and left nothing to think about. Captiva Room was so nice, very clean and head everything we could ask for. Property was well maintained and had so many activities and all was included. Ate dinner at Rae’s restaurant which was delicious. Great way to celebrate my wife’s birthday.”
