From the front desk, cleaning staff, to the breakfast room, the staff was polite and provided exceptional service. The bed was clean and comfy. The hot breakfast buffet was also tasty. Rooms had everything we needed for a comfortable stay (robes, slippers, Netflix, lots of outlets/USB, Keurig, fridge, water bottles to refill at stations throughout hotel). Rooms were quiet, and we didn’t have any noise disturbance, even over NYE. Workout room was clean and not busy. There is a cafe in the lobby that has espresso and breakfast staring at 7. The beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was enjoyable. I requested a wake-up call and was pleasantly surprised to receive an actual phone call from a person. As an extra touch, they turned on all the lights and opened the windows a few minutes later, which was perfect for someone who might otherwise fall back asleep. We loved our stay and would……

“The hotel is so well constructed that you can’t hear the other guests coming and going or making noise at night or in the early mornings. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The restaurant's food is really good, and the entertainment at nights is also excellent.”
