“We never got the room that we booked. The first time we were told that they didn’t have us listed in that building however they did show we were booked so they put us in another building that was supposed to be similar. The other building ADN was nice but the floors were dirty, there was foul odor coming out of the pipes, bedroom was not private like in the pictures, there was a ripped on the pillow and the stuffing was coming out. “We loved our stay at the treehouse! Such a neat place. Literally has trees growing through it. Slightly challenging to find, but Filipe was so wonderful with getting us there and really gave us so much extra help! What a kind and super helpful host. Only challenge we found is that the beds in the loft were up a ladder (not stairs) and anyone with physical challenges would not be able to do this. The bathroom and shower are very small.
