"Valet staff was on point throughout the trip. Fast and friendly. Check in was a little clunky. Odd staff member that looked like a clown in the lobby explaining the hotel while we waited about 10 minutes for the one desk attendant to address us. Front desk staff need training on eye contact and friendly greetings. Once we checked in everything was good overall. Just a poor first impression. Nice room, coffee, shop and bar. Pool was crowded and loud which made it unaccessible. Hotel location very well situated."

"Understaffed and maybe the housekeeping staff isn’t quite completely doing their job. I had to ask for toilet paper because there was only the roll on the holder. Also the shower bottle of body wash was empty."

"The staff was so nice and professional.The breakfast had everything you could want. Hot options fresh made omlettes plus breads fruit and yougart. The rooms are basic but clean, and very comfy beds. You can tell the property is loved and maintained even though it is older. The location is walkable to many restaurants and to downtown. It felt safe. I would stay here again. Good value. "

"Very basic but we knew it would be re cost . Reviews we're right the bed was very comfortable as that was the most important thing for us . Bus stop very close to get us to Broadway which was handy when we didn't want to walk"
