“If you enjoy sitting on your bed 24/7, this place is for you.This “room” was actually part of a condo on the first floor — tucked awkwardly between the back door and the patio, with nothing separating it from the upstairs except a staircase. And when I say room, I mean just that — this is the only space you have access to.There’s no real sitting area unless you count a single stool, so your only seating option is… the bed. Storage? Nonexistent. My suitcase had to live under the bed like a troll……

“Roof leaked during a rainstorm the first night. The host was responsive and we realized the entire property is a VRBO, not just the individual unit. Their price detail is very confusing, they are very slow to answer questions when it comes to the money. I've spent a week waiting for an answer, had to call VRBO to get their attention. Hotels are so much easier!!!!I'm done with VRBO!!!!!!”

“Very cute condo right on the river! Lots of attached, covered parking. We were on the third floor and there isn’t an elevator, but the stairs were not bad at all even with our bags. The water pressure was incredible and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. We walked to and from Broadway multiple times over the weekend and it only took about 20ish minutes one way. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Wonderful stay at the condo. Janine was very helpful and made our stay very stress free. Bed was very comfortable, and it was fun sitting and watching the barges going up and down the river as we had our morning coffee. Parking was easy - nice to be under covered parking as it rained a good bit while we were in Nashville. Easy to get to everywhere we were going - close to everything downtown. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.”
