“I was disappointed with our stay. I booked this hotel specifically because it advertised amenities like a poolside bar, arcade, and children’s robes, but none of those were actually available. It felt very misleading and did not match what was advertised or pictured online. The room also wasn’t as clean as it should have been. We found a used toothbrush and candy under the bed, which made it obvious that the room hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. The front desk staff were not……

“The staff at the hotel was very helpful and kind. The rooms were clean, but a little dated. The bathroom had stains around the toilet bowl and in the shower, but I think that was more due to age and hardware and overall the room was very clean. Clean towels were provided every day, but that and trash pickup was all there was for servicing the room. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. We only slept in the rooms, so I can’t speak to the amenities of the hotel. Overall,……
