“The place didn't look dirty but had an unpleasant odor. We had a room on 2nd floor,there is no elevator or even the wheeled carts to bring in your things. We have a child in a wheelchair they said we could have handicap room on 1st floor for extra 30. We already paid but didn't want to carry everything up stairs so paid the extra. The pool was freezing and there was no bathtub or railings by commode in their handicap room. We go so the kids can swim, but pool is not heated. Breakfast”

“This hotel was terrible and incredibly overpriced. Upon arrival we happened to run into an employee who was on site cleaning. We had an issue with the sink and it had a slow leak/drip. She told us it was related to something associated with ice and conditions over the winter. However, it continued to drop throughout the evening and in the morning after using it it progressed to a steady stream. The property is generally managed through messaging and reportedly there are caretakers on site. I……

“Just a wonderful place to stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant/bar on-site and laid-back. All was great. The only small complaint I have is that it was a hot time we visited and our bedroom was hot during the day, and the window unite kept the sitting area cool.”

“If they send you a 10 digit number and a blanked out email, the 10 digit number is the contact phone number and it is not the one on the website. There is an issue with emails and Expedia I guess so they will text you that as it isn't the one on the website. The service seems to operate only from 9am-5pm EST so calls outside of those hours may go unanswered. Otherwise, they were quick and prompt to resolve any issues, cottage was clean, beds were comfy, blankets were very warm, bathroom is tiny……

The hotel is converted from an old elementary school, which gives it a unique character. “I was double charges $969 by IHG Indigo North Conway NH. When I tried to call, all I could get was the poor voice response automation and was unable to resolve their error over the phone. As a result, I then had to open a credit card dispute to get the duplicate charge removed. This issue is still not resolved and I have wasted a lot of my limited personal time trying to fix the hotel’s error.”
