Accueil téléphonique désagréable car apparemment trop tardive par la gestionnaire; Frigo plein d'eau avec moisissures, assiettes salles .Pas de chauffage à l'arrivée dans les chambres ,inadmissible quand on a des enfants en bas âge et donc obligé de payer 50 euros de frais d'électricité Pas d'eau ...
