Marvelous 1-bedroom adobe casita with porch in Magdalena

Marvelous 1-bedroom adobe casita with porch in Magdalena

10/10 Excellent
"Vincent and Jaeb were wonderful hosts with a thoughtfully appointed and beautifully designed adobe casita. You can tell a lot of attention to detail went into building everything on their property. The casita sits on the outskirts of town, with beautiful views of the mountains and rolling hills, and is far enough off the main road to feel secluded and private. I only wished I could have stayed longer, and will absolutely book again when the VLA launches its next class of telescopes :)"

"Room is clean and comfortable which is all you need. The bathroom still looks like it’s from the 90s but they did a good job updating the main space. Price is reasonable for what you get at 60 a night. I did have an issue where my key card wasn’t working for 2 days of my 3 night stay and had to go to the front desk to get a new key card every time I came back to my room. Also they advertised free breakfast and didn’t have any, just coffee which was a little disappointing. Overall I’d stay there again, but don’t expect too much."

Welcoming you to the Gila Wilderness!

8/10 Good
"We had a beautiful stay in Gila, it was great being so close to the Dwellings area and I loved waking up each day to the forest and the hummingbirds that came to drink from the feeder's hanging around the property. The home was large with plenty of small decorative items (be mindful of this is if you have small children). The hosts were wonderful and shared their backyard trampoline and the goats freely with my children. I failed to notice in the description that there is no air conditioning which was challenging but the host does provide fans for each room which were wonderful. We loved our stay and would definitely return"
