“Excellent service”

“This property does need deserve an 8 rating. 1. It is not a well maintained property or well cleaned. It’s a rundown motel with water damage and mold. Bugs are present in the rooms. Rooms smell musty. Parking lot is dirty. Sheets are not clean. 2. The breakfast should not be top rated unless you are okay with the same breakfast every other day. The muffins and bagels are tiny. The hot breakfast choices are alternating between round egg patties/sausage links and cheese omelettes/sausage……

“Room was so humid that the carpet was wet. Remote did not work--could not get the TV to work. Called the front desk multiple times and no one answered. I checked out early and found a new hotel.”

“The lady Esperanza was so welcoming in the breakfast area. So nice even saw her helping a gentleman with a cane to serve his food and went around picking up cleaning tables, and always had food on warmers. Staff at front desk was also very nice. Room was clean and everything we needed was accessible for us to prepare snacks or food. Got to use the gym a few days nice kept all machines working. Pool area and patio nicely kept as well.”

“I’ve stayed here twice in a two week span. Both times my experience was the same. It was even the same guy at the front desk. There’s nothing fancy about this hotel. It’s clean which is the most important to me. The rooms are basic, but clean as I mentioned. The free breakfast is a nice perk. No complaints there. The only slight is that there’s no bar. There’s an area for it which makes me think it might have been one at one time but not anymore.”

“Everything went smoothly. Quick and efficient. The staff were great. They provided clean towels when needed, without an issue, which is plus for me, in addition to cleanliness.”
