From the beginning of checking in, all was very good service, Efficient and professional. Sadly, our room wasn’t what we expected. I won’t bother going into details as it’s irrelevant, what what is relevant is how swiftly the hotel staff ensured we was seen to, our room changed and two very happy guests that quickly forgot the negative impact our first night had. Breakfast, wow.. incredible! Such good choices, high quality foods with excellent service again. This hotel is amazing, the little touches, the cleanliness and the service just impeccable.
