"As a hotel with a 3 Star rating it was better than my expectations. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It’s one of the best ones I’ve ever had. The bathroom exhaust doesn’t really keep the humidity out of the bathroom. Water drops from the ceiling were landing on me. And even though they had a working tv you couldn’t log in to your own Netflix(or other) accounts. The main door not opening automatically is a bit troublesome with family luggage. But on a very positive note the staff in all locations were very pleasant and accommodating. This hotel is definitely better then a number of past reviews we have read."

"This is an amazing property. Very spacious and so lovely. It was a wonderful stay. The staff is so kind. The rooms are large and very clean. The grounds are beautiful. It’s also close distance to the town of Sturbridge. Cute coffee, ice cream and nice cafes. I can’t wait to come back!!"

No coffee in the morning, other than in your room. Total waste of money, and would not stay here again, nor recommend it."

"Water temperature kept changing from hot to cold in both sink and shower. Shower nozzle not user friendly on how yo operate. Kept blowing a fuse when flat iron and clothes iron plugged in same outlet. Found small black bug on sheets."
