"This was by far the best experience we have had. The home was extrememly clean and well taken care of. They thought of everything to make our stay excellent. My wife and I brought our dog here for 4 nights for our anniversary and we were sad to leave. Everything felt like it was personally planned by the owner. Versus most places which are ran by companies or investors. I highly recommend staying here. You will not regret it. This will definitely be in our future plans to come back here. Thanks again!"

"Great place, great rooms, great setting. I had one of the higher end rooms and was frustrated by penny pinching measures such as food not being available on location at least during reasonable hours, or ordering breakfast à la carte and paying for it xtra. These seem to be reasonable expectations for a high end, largish resort, and even profitable if done right. The staff is great and they are genuinely pet friendly, although the pet fee was not at least clearly delineated by Orbitz. I actually regret changing hotels mid way through my stay."

"A very friendly and accommodating staff. The property is unique with its farm atmosphere. The room I had was spacious and I enjoyed the fireplace. The room service breakfast was delicious."

"Our Victorian King Suite had a large deck that faced the ocean wharf and had especially amazing view of the sunsets. Nice deck furniture to relax and take in the peaceful atmosphere. We also had the restful sound of ocean waves breaking in the wharf overnight that we could hear from the bed. The suite had a separate area for the king bed and small kitchen. There was a separate area for relaxing with a warm, comfy couch positioned so we could see the water and sky. There was a fireplace across from the couch that provided cozy heat. Great bathroom with a large shower and tub. The staff was great, especially Karen. She made us feel so welcome, we can’t wait to go back. There are also two great places to eat literally below the hotel. Excellent pizza at one, and great seafood at the other. The whole experience was five stars all the way."
