“The staff were very kind and the property is beautiful but the resort has changed. The first time I came there around 4 years ago it was an adults only resort. It was beautiful and relaxing. Now their focus is to cater to families. The beautiful infinity pool is now a kiddie pool. And my hope is that the parents take them to use the bathroom away from the pool, but I don't hold out hope for that. It is simply overwhelmed with toddlers and young children. It is rare to find a chair there……

“El hotel se ve nuevo, como familia con niños no pudimos gozar de todos los restaurantes ya que algunos son para adultos solamente. El personal es increiblemente amable. La comida es buena, el restaurante italiano delicioso. En areas comunes notamos espacios que no limpiaron en dias. Estuvimos 6 dias y si pudimos notar detalles como camastros sucios, mesas de areas comunes sin limpiar de un dia a otro, etc. La habitación esta retirada de áreas como algunos restaurantes y albercas y nos tocaron……

“Un lugar comodo, acogedor, tranquilo, personal honesto (les dimos por error un billete de 500 de mas y nos lo regresaron) muy amables y atentos, lo unico que pudieran mejorar es en tener estacionamiento, se observo un terreno a un costado que serviria muy bien para ello, pero todo excelente.”
