“My wife and I had the worst experience at this hotel with no price reduction, or free stay. When we arrived at our room we had a GERMAN ROACH inside of the shower on the wall and they were suggesting they can get a staff member remove it. That's a no what if more were in the room. “We got there past the check in time but it was easy to check in and get in with the digital key.
Room was great and very clean. Everything is new.
Beds and pillows were very comfy.
I would recommend that you get the actual key card from the office though; the digital key is great but not super reliable as you depend on internet connection and sometimes it can be slow. We got a scared at 2 am thinking that we weren’t going to be able to get in.
