"Room was as expected. Only complaints were that the in-room fridge was very noisy and the blinds had some issues so we were unable to block out all the outside security lights."

"Friendly staff and very simple,straight-forward accommodations. It’s an older and dated hotel—definite boutique feel, but the bed was very comfy, clean, secluded, and warm. The gym is not onsite, which isn’t great, but they have a partnership with Anytime Torness, which is ample. Breakfast was good and it was very nice to have a kitchen to cook in. The kitchen was dated and minimally appointed-stove was a little sketchy, but it cooled my steak just fine. Overall, a good value for the money!"

"Breakfast was over at nine. It was pretty thin. They bragged about their sausage biscuits but they were about 1 1/2 inches wide. The rooms have obviously been painted fresh, but it was a pretty sloppy job. Pillows were not very supportive. Towels were smaller than usual and thin. No headboard for the bed."

"Continental breakfast was waffles, some fruit, and breads. I've had better, but it was adequate. But, the place was clean, affordable, and per friendly."

"The room carpet was dirty and the only chair was stained. We could not get the tv to turn on. But, the major problem, which we did not discover until late, was that the spigot in the bathtub would NOT turn on. So, no bath or shower. There was mold around the base of the bathtub. We only stayed one night so it could not be remedied before we left. When I explained to the staff, she said she would look into it. Please note: we were not expecting a 4 star hotel. We just wanted a clean, USABLE, room. It was room 134 if anyone cares."

"We booked our room though hotels.com. Because we didn’t go directly from hotel they said they weren’t willing to do anything to help us. We had no internet service. They said it was only working on 1st floor and we were on the 3rd. Would not move us to another room. When ask to speak to manager told me that she’s off and I could have her email but she wouldn’t do anything because I didn’t pay the hotel any money directly. The breakfast that was provided was terrible and the beds were like a rock. I have been going to Fredericksburg for many years and this was the worst stay I have ever had."
