The rooms are very dated, booked a 2 night stay, arrived late on day 1 only to find black mold on tub caulking , the mattress was so old it sagged in the middle and left me with a very sore back, and the cooling was a window air conditiner which was very loud. Requested cancellation of 2nd night but refund was denied as I booked via expedia. Expedia was unable to get me a refund for the 2nd night and the hotel offered us alternate accomodations at a sister location but wanted an additional $100 so we refused and checked out as we found the room unsuitable given the mold and mattress, Front desk staff were sympathetic but claimed to have no authority to issue a refund. They claimed the hotel to be the oldest in the city but the building is not well maintained and certainly not good value for the money Would NOT recommend
