"Our first room the hotel had checked us into was dirty and very small. We were able to switch rooms and upgraded to the one bedroom for more space at a cost. We had to go through Expedia to get a room change as their main office to make the changes are not on property and they were closed. We sent the photos to Expedia and they immediately assisted us with changing rooms. Pool is great for kids, ocean is a short walk, restaurants close by. "
