"Front desk Chris was very helpful and friendly,very important first impression was achieved!that breakfast bar attendant Karen was super impressive.we travel alot, seldomly l have seen any one like her.she was buzzing the whole time,restocking, cleaning even chit chatting with customers.once the table is empty she rushed over to clean ,and I mean clean. If al I are run a business. I will steal her from you to be my employee .in the morning l saw"

"Check in time was changed without notification, but they honored the time we were given. TV did not have cable, only able to stream and reception was bad."

"This is a really nice hotel that has been beautifully restored over the past few years. Each of the rooms is unique in character and the staff are super friendly. It is easily walkable to shops and restaurants and there is parking nearby. Highly recommended!"

"The Block is a really nice place to stay in Bisbee! The room is stayed in used to be a prison cell... it was very nicely decorated and kind of Swanky! The bathroom was also very nice... I Loved it and would definately go back. The person on site, Jenn was very helpful and kind!"

"Room was perfect. Very clean. King bed very comfortable; small dining table and 2 chairs; in-room coffee machine, small refrigerator and microwave; outside bbq patio area with plenty of lounge chairs; separate pool area. "

"The property is an old boarding house type Inn. It is exactly what is advertised. It was comfortable, very clean, and had friendly staff. The coffee in the morning was excellent and on time. There is no television in the rooms and the hot water system in the room needs work. Otherwise I knew what I was getting and was happy with it."

"There was no onsite parking and it was on a very narrow street. If you need to drop off your luggage, you would have to drive all the way up a narrow two way street and hope no one is coming the other way. Parking was down below where you have to walk down stairs or a ramp. There were lots of people in that parking area who were just "hanging around" and it seemed unsafe. The room was fine, if you don't mind the sink being in the bedroom instead of the bathroom."
