“The staff was helpful at all times. The only minor issue I had was that the electronic locks to the front door and my room door sometimes took several tries to open, which was a little frustrating but not a big issue ”

“My room was never cleaned. I had no shampoo or lotion in any of the containers that they have hanging on the wall. Never got fresh towels. The staff was nice at the front desk. The bartenders were nice. And courteous. It felt understaffed. No one ate as far as I could tell in the dining room restaurant. It felt like the whole hotel needed like 10 more people working there to make it run well.”

“They told me they were out of cream for coffee. Also rooftop bar, you stand in single line to order drinks. No wait staff. They were out of tonic water. They charged $200 for our service dog. The hotel is too expensive for what you get. Rooms are very small.”

“Very unenthusiastic rude front desk guy. No greeting. Went up to the room he gave us. There was a Do Not Disturb sign on the door. Thinking it was a mistake, we went in to find the room in disarray and obviously someone still staying there. Went back to front desk, no apology, just rudely gave us another room without a word. Asked for best way to walk to the Civic Center and he just waved his hand in a general direction without a word. Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Would not recommend.”

“My guest and I arrived at check-in and were told our room was not ready. The lady at the desk was not sympathetic to the situation and seemed not to care about the inconvenience. Was told she would call when the room was ready, and after 1.5 hours, we had not heard anything and decided to return to the property, only to find out from a different employee that our room was ready. The room was dirty. There were dirty sheets stuffed in the drawers. There was stuff on the walls. Our toilet tissues……
