“I liked the room, the freedom, and the peace and quiet compared to a hotel/motel. I got the rest i needed, my family came over to hangout and watch some footbal games and we all were comfortable! The big tv and wifi included was a bonus! The trees off of the back porch was comforting and i didnt grt a chance to use the grill, but was thankful that it was there! It was well stocked and the property manager was kind enough to have the hotwater heater turned up a little for my arthritic needs. It……

“Nice space within walking distance to most of the top spots in town. Parking and check in/out was easy. Ryan gave great recommendations for local sights and restaurants and was available for any questions we had throughout our stay. He made accommodations for a late checkout so we could get cleaned up prior to driving home after our morning hike.”

“The owner was great. We had an issue with the shower not draining good and she had someone out there in less than an hour.”

“Very nice, very clean. Within walking distance of restaurants and shops. If you or anyone in your party cannot handle a long flight of stairs you should seek other lodging. Bring a bike. Mears Beach and the general area is beautiful. If you rent a golf cart, you will not be able to drive it into Mears State Park without a MI license plate and a park pass. Overall, Pentwater is a great family oriented town that we hope to revisit and stay at the same VRBO.”

“Contact with the property manager was great. Nikki replied quickly with my issues checking in. Condo was nice. The beds were comfortable. We had some problems with the heat - very cold one night. The pool and hot tub were a big hit.”

“The property was quiet and in a great location, our neighbors in the camper were very friendly also seen them on the dunes and meet their kids great time. Hot tub was amazing will definitely consider this property again. Few things they can add is a mop, dust pan, and a small vacuum. Other than that it was great.”
