“We arrived at this hotel 29/07, upon arrival the receptionist was sitting down on a chair a fair distance away from the desk and didn't stand up. Checked us in. No pleasantries. She did not let us know when breakfast was, wifi details or what time we had to check out in the morning. We had to find this information online. We checked into room 241 and the heat within the room was horrific. We asked for a fan and thankfully maintenance was very helpful. However, the room could do with a revamp it……

“We had a very enjoyable stay at the Scone Arms. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, and the improvements already completed look fantastic. Our room had been fully renovated and was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The bar area has been completely updated and has a fresh, welcoming atmosphere.
