The Verve Hotel Boston Natick, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

10/10 Excellent

"Super close to mall and nice hotel"

8/10 Good

"The hotel itself is very nice. The lobby has ample seating with a tv, bar, and fireplace where people gathered for breakfast and in the evening. The courtyard is also well maintained. The breakfast had both hot and cold options, however, the hot options ran out quickly and were slow to be replaced. The amenities in the room were very limited (coffee only), no cups or glassware, no tea. The phone in our room did not work and the wifi frequently lost connection. The hotel “shop” had plenty of overpriced snacks but nothing for toiletries or over the counter medicine that we had forgotten, so be sure to bring your own, and if you forget something you will need to stop off at a store. I would stay again, but I would plan to bring everything I need with me."

10/10 Excellent

"The hotel is tucked away and is isolated from noise. Felt safe parking my vehicle there all day and night. Everything was clean. The employees all were polite and friendly. Had dinner at the bar. Bartender was great. Food was great. Had breakfast the next morning. Everything was fresh, area kept spotless. Will definitely return next time I travel to the area."
