“We really enjoyed this home and it was a perfect location for us. The house sits back from a main street and is well insulated so it is quiet. The rooms are well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The house was very clean and nicely updated. The bathrooms were all in great condition and we felt at home as soon as we arrived. Anthony is a great host and even let us extend our stay. If you have children this home is great……

“Beautiful water views from 1st and 2nd floors. Relaxing property right on the water. My children had a blast using the kayak and paddle board. We appreciated that life jackets were available. Very quiet neighborhood with a 3 minute walk to the association beach.”

“Where do i begin, on a last minute trip to CT we chose this place we needed a comfy place for the pups and wanted the privacy that a house afforded. This place checked all the boxes, exceeded our expectations and felt so comfortable the moment we walked in. Tne neighborhood wasquiet and beautiful, the house open, spacious and well appointed. I love the fenced in yard for the pups and a nice backyard area when the weather is nice. Overall this place is an absolute gem and we'll be back!”

“We stayed here while visiting our family. The property was clean, quiet and exactly as described. The kitchen seemed well stocked. The huge washing machine/dryer was great after our cross country drive. There are just a few things to be aware of: the bathroom is on the second floor. The bed we slept on was not too too comfortable (a little firm for our tastes). The single bed was very firm. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.”

“I stayed at this amazing studio cottage with my girlfriend for 2 nights for her birthday. Our hosts, Liz and Adam were simply amazing. They allowed us an early check in and a late check out. Liz even brought out bicycles for us to use to tour around the neighborhood and ride along the shore line. Because it was my girlfriends birthday (or maybe they just do this), they had Prosecco and Orange Juice plus beer and cheese and other snacks for us when we arrived. The cottage is adorable, perfect……

My friend and I enjoyed our weekend getaway with no problems!!! This was the first time checking in without a front desk associate and it’s a great experience!! Both ladies I’ve spoken with have helped me greatly and even checkout was a breeze!! ”
