If you book with a third party, beware.
This hotel has a policy of assigning accessible rooms to third party reservations. This was an actual statement by the front desk staff when we asked about the lack of expected amenities in our assigned room, and when we asked about the broken shower.
We arrived late and were leaving early, so this lack of promised items was just a minor inconvenience until we discovered that the shower in our sparse room was broken.
We were given a very hard time when we requested a usable shower.
They asked us to move to another room when our children were already asleep in the first room.
They finally let us use a shower in another room only that night, but not in the morning.
There were no extra blankets, towels, tissue, or toilet paper provided. The beds were comfortable, it was quiet, the laundry room was helpful, and temperature control was ok, of noisy, once we figured it out. There was a slight musty smell that permeated the building.
It’s not a bad place to stay except that the staff was so very rude.
We treated so rudely by the front desk staff that I would never recommend this place to anyone.
Stay someplace else if you wish to be be comfortable and be treated with respect.
