“Great stay, very comfortable and great views”

“I was going to give the motel 2 stars because the room was immaculate, and quiet, but then I got the email telling me to strip the bed. I did, but it's not my job. No bath towels, just washcloths and face towels, no staff present to ask for towels, one small lamp for the whole room, nowhere to sit but the bed or the toilet (no chairs). What is the point of having a kitchenette if you have nowhere to sit if you make something on the kitchen at? The only table was occupied by the microwave. I get...

“The overnight gentleman was very nice and helpful. The next morning was when all the terrible stuff started at about 7 am when the construction crew started nailing and working on the outside of the hotel. At 8 we were awakened again by the maid vacuuming the room next door to ours with what seemed like the loudest vacuum ever. Now the mattress was from the 90’s and no fitted sheets on it.
