“There were a few amenities that did not work; the coffee pot and the heating element in the bathroom. I also needed to go to the front desk to find out how to start the TV. The desk clerk said the TV is new and I needed to unplug it and plug it back in. When I did it, it worked, but I should NOT have had to go to the front desk,”
