"Very comfortable beds, close enough to walk to several restaurants, great staff.
Our only complaint has nothing to do with the motel or service at the property. The trolley service has no designated stop any where near the property now, you have to go out and Hope one comes by and wave it down. It wouldn’t be that big a problem except there is no timetable anywhere for their schedules. Otherwise no complaints!"
"I was hesitant to book here considering the not great reviews on google. Our trip was excellent! The staff was friendly and the place was clean. I loved how convenient it was with the shopping mall in walking distance and a restaurant located in the hotel with good food! The children’s pool and playground were awesome for my 2 and 4 year old children. I will definitely stay here again! "
"We stayed one night between Boothbay Harbor and Boston in a family suite. We really loved the water pressure in the shower, and thankfully having the sink separated from shower was good for a group. The beds were comfy and the breakfast amenities were good. The location is pretty cool and the BBQ stuff they have for loaner use is a really nice touch. I see why they were rated top stay in trip advisor !! "
"House keeping can be better. We did find cobwebs behind doors and windowsills and chips on floor. My daughter always carries cleaning products just for this type of thing. Other then that a great family place to stay. I would stay again"
"The view from our room, and I think all rooms was amazing! Most of the hotels have a lot of trees behind so you don't get a good view but this one was fantastic! The room was basic but clean, everything worked and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our stay was amazing!"

"We had a lovely vacation at the Residence Inn! We go to North Conway every summer, and this was our first time staying here. It won't be the last! The hotel is well staffed, and they are all so friendly and helpful. There was an older gentleman giving out stickers to the kiddos at brunch and walking around to make sure everyone had what they needed. So sweet. And a different gentleman who was checking on the pool and taking care of maintenance throughout our stay - we saw him buzzing about everywhere we went. He stopped to talk to my kiddos and compliment my 5 year old's swimming. The new trend with hotels seems to be understaffing and cutting corners in every way possible, and we were pleased to see a bustling property. Things were being cared for-- the facilities- and the guests! The landscaping is lovely. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Pool was great. The extra touches-- like the firepit and the smores-- really made the stay welcoming. The desk staff were pleasant and friendly and helpful. We had an issue with my son's convertible car seat, and decided mid-trip to upgrade him to a tall back booster (since he's almost 6!) but we had no room in our car with all of our luggage to fit the old car seat. The receptionist offered to take and dispose of the car seat. A lifesaver! Plus it's next to Luchador Tacos, which was a gem. Definitely recommend a stay here! :) "
