Beautiful beachfront apartment located in the heart of Hollywood Beach (Miami-Fort Lauderdale), with direct ocean access and breathtaking ocean views. This fully furnished apartment offers top of the line appliances and decorations, and it has been completely remodeled with taste. Building offers resort style amenities that anyone can ask for such oceanfront pool deck with private beach access, state of the art fitness center, spa, cafeteria and much more. Near Aventura Mall, walking distance to major super markets and 20 minutes away from Fort Lauderdale and Miami International Airports. Rent includes A/C, water, electricity, Free Wi-Fi , basic cable, 24 hour security. Valet parking and building FOB to access building and amenities for an additional fee. This condo is perfect for a beach getaway!

Beautiful View!!!
The view of the ocean from the balcony and the couch was amazing. Condo very beautiful and well furnished. Loved having beach stuff (chairs, umbrella, cooler) available for use. Pool was great too. Super easy to get around. Great stay. Thanks.

Awesome View nice apartment
Check in process is a bit difficult. Need to go to next door building to check in. Parking was 75$ for 4 days. The building calls it Vallet parking and all of the parking spaces are marked as Vallet however you must park/retrieve your own vehicle. Do not expect Vallet parking.

As Described, Very Nice
We enjoyed our stay! The apartment is clean and well maintained. The view of the ocean and pool from this unit is beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, as well as some essentials - coffee, cooking oil, sugar, and other items. The apartment is decorated tastefully. It looks exactly as the pictures in the listing. Although there was a problem with the shower, Javier was quick to respond and send a crew to fix the issue. We hope to come back!

We came to Hollywood Florida to see the last game of the season. Dolphins VS Bills. Enjoyed our stay in this Condo. Beautiful view of the ocean. Enjoyed the sun rise every morning. Home had all we needed. Clean and comfortable. Nice shop in the lobby for snacks and sandwiches. The street was busy but could not hear it from the condo. We would have liked being slightly more north near Hollywood beach but it was not a impossible walk. Was also able to walk to Walmart for supplies. I would stay here again in the future.

Beautiful clean, renovated unit with oustanding beach view, in a great building with two pools, gym. No issues with parking (weekly fee) availability.
