"There is only A/C in the kitchen, living room, and one bedroom (barely). Two of the bedrooms were unusable because they were too hot. Communication was terrible. Emails went unanswered. Inconsistencies in listing, automatic message after booking, and information provided by host upon arrival. There was no way to use the TVs when we arrived (host did order in a remote after I called - with wrong batteries of course). No wifi password listed. I had to call for that as well. "This place is a great location with a fantastic view! We were downtown in ~6 minutes by car. The river views are great any time of day or night. There were also cute groundhogs under the front porch, lizards, and beautiful flowers everywhere. The management were helpful and welcoming, we were able to get into the apartment just fine quite late at night. On the other hand, the rooms and furnishings were super outdated. "Our room was very nice. All of the furnishings were clean and attractive. It was handicapped accessible and everything was very handy. The only problem we encountered was with the TV. We were unable to get it to work and checked with the desk. It was late and we were ready for bed. The desk offered someone to come up to try to fix the problem but we refused because of the late hour. A credit was offered for the inconvenience. Thank you Holiday Inn. Much appreciated. "
