“We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. “My wife and I were looking for a hotel within walking distance from Great American Ballpark and chose 21c. The check-in process was easy and the room was easy to find. The room wasn't bad, just had a lot of features/amenities that were missing or not too pleasing. The bed was as hard as a rock compared to any hotel I've ever stayed at, as were the pillows (this is something I've never had an issue with, and we travel a lot).
