“Very nice place”

“Room was clean bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. The pool area was nice. Exercise room was spacious with good equipment. There were no wipes for the equipment that would be helpful for the future”

“Staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which we appreciated. However, the room cleanliness could use improvement. There was visible mold buildup around the shower door/corner area, which made the bathroom feel less clean than expected. Hoping they can address the maintenance issues because the service itself was great.”

“Breakfast and night snacks great. No need to go anywhere for dinner. Staff very nice and friendly. Pool and hot tub busy but to be expected.”

“Would be best to know about $75 security deposit prior to arriving to hotel; this was a big inconvenience. Also the price just not worth what was given. Towels could’ve been new or gently used, some had staines on it. One of the elevators were non functional but no sign it was just obvious when only one kept going up and down.”

“Rooms were adequately clean, beds comfy and large. Plenty of room for a single person to get around. Staff cares about everyone including pets.”

“Breakfast, pool, gym, and hot tub area was clean and maintained. Room was clean. Only 2 complaints, bathroom is so tiny. I stayed with my 2 boys and they are both 6ft, it was a struggle. Also, washer and dryer is available but they don't have quarters at the property or at any gas station/store near. Hopefully they get an ecteronic payment option soon or have quarters available. if your a travel sport parent. The washer and dry is a must.”

“We stayed overnight with our cat and purposely booked an accessibility room that was stated to include a visual fire alarm. The room was accessible for physical disabilities with wide bathroom door and walk in shower, it was not equipped for people with hearing disabilities such as myself. There was only a smoke detector without any strobe light, not useful for those of us who are deaf. The room was great otherwise but was a disappointing at best in terms of ADA requirements.”
