“Very good place to stay.!”

“Great place for R&R close to the Beach and Disneyland. We throughly enjoyed our stay.”

“The property is exactly like you see in photos. It was clean and well organized. Easy to find from the freeway. Well located for disneyland and the beaches.”

“Was nice some of the kitchen utensils could use an update but mostly everything was great. Had a nice time with my family it was pleasant. The only thing was the people who were staying next door the walls are not so sound proof and parking was annoying. But that is not the host it is the people. So if someone was talking near the wall you can hear everything. But nothing major that would persuade me to not stay there besides cost since I can’t splurge on a rental so big every weekend.”

“This unit was great for our family; 5 adults and 2 adult children. Each family had their own room and bathroom which was a must for us. The rooms and bathroom were spacious for us. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was provided. Towels, extra blankets and pillows, washing machine with laundry detergent, blow dryer, tooth brush, etc. The whole entire unit was very clean and well maintained. My adult children even played the pool table one night. Check in and check out was a breeze.……

“Great stay for our group. The place was clean and could accommodate everything we needed. ”

“Absolutely a perfect rental experience for our family. The home is exactly as pictured. Lovely finishes and thoughtful touches throughout. The host provides regular and quick communication and our check-in process was flawless. The AC in the home works extremely well - very appreciated considering the hot temps during our visit. The house was very clean and everything functioned as it should. The upstairs bedroom has a lovely en suite bathroom. The other bedrooms have bathrooms adjacent to them,……

“The property was clean and great value.”

“Very comfortable stay. Very clean and the beds were comfortable. Convenient location for beaches and theme parks.”

“We had 17 people in our party and this home was perfect. There was a bathroom for every bedroom. The landlord was in communication every step of the way, and we never had any issues. The home was clean, light and beautifully decorated. Our drive to Disneyland was less than 20 minutes each day. Lots of good fast food restaurants around as well as a Walmart and Costco. The homes had all the kitchen supplies, dishes, coffee, bathroom toiletries etc. it was a nice touch proving things we may have……

“Overall, the house was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the showers had great water pressure, and the kitchen with its appliances worked out wonderfully for our group. It served as a decent home base for the wedding weekend we were in town attending. However, there were several practical and security issues that negatively impacted our stay. The back door leading into the sunroom is a thin door with windows that do not lock, leaving the back of the house with essentially no security. *……

“This house was great and accommodated our large family. Plenty of room for all of us to sleep, visit and play!”

“Internet was strong enough to finish all my work without any hassle or slowdowns.”

“Close to Disneyland. We traveled with our adult children and grandchildren. Plenty of space. Our 2-year old granddaughter loved the children’s books. The snack basket and other goodies were very thoughtful, especially for the little ones. We hope to visit again.”

“Hosts are very responsive. Provided great instructions. Our place was excellent. 2 blocks from the beach”

“I love this location. It is so close to the beach, you cannot beat it! And you cannot beat the views! Cozy and convenient...hidden gem!”

“It was average. I don't love not having hand towels. I'm not sure how it's eco-friendly to use papertowels to dry your hands. We were given an extra three towels and like other reviewers have said, very thin below-average towels that have been very well-used. The couches were very uncomfortable. The beds were fine, but no top sheet which I did not appreciate because I'm guessing they aren't washing those comforters between guests. It was in a decent neighborhood. We appreciated the kitchen……
