“older home needs a little updating with decor and maintenance. We could not sit in living room all together and watch a movie comfortably because couch was small and no other furniture. Outdoor table is small and a little dangerous. beds were comfortable but could use headboards to make it look homey. Front steps could be power washed We have stayed in a lot of Rentals and this one is ok but with a little Pinterest it could be much better. ”

“We love this place! It was spotlessly clean upon our arrival. We call it our campus cottage, as it has a wonderful cottage feel and it's an easy , quick 7 minute drive to FSU campus where our grandson was attending band camp. Our hosts couldn't have been more thoughtful and kind. We're looking forward to our next visit. Thank you. ”

“Stay overall was good. The interior of the house was nicely decorated with ample privacy and space. Good location, but driveway needs to be repaired. Big cracks and missing concrete in the driveway is a big hazard for twisted ankle or fall. Also, getting into and out of the driveway is very difficult, especially with tree branches blocking road visibility to exit out of driveway. Broken driveway concrete makes it very difficult to enter driveway from road with a very large dip. ”

“the house is dated and wasn’t super clean(hairs in bathtub, stains on couches, backyard covered in trash) but it was cheap and we only stayed one night. ”

“This little duplex was the perfect place to spend the weekend in Tally. The property has everything you need and is the center of everything. It includes lots of little touches and extras that a lot of rentals miss. If you’re ever in Tallahassee and need a clean comfortable and a affordable home base, this is it!”

“This house is the perfect home for a family that needs four rooms. Two spacious and well appointed bathrooms and fully accessible kitchen. There were so many things we could do just staying at the property. We had to leave early due to a medical situation and Ryan was accommodating. We were able to access everywhere we needed to go in Tally from this location. It was close to FSU, shopping, restaurants, and overall was easy to stay at while moving in our son to FSU. Definite do over. ”

“We picked this location as it was central to family and the wedding venue we came to Tallahassee for. The house is in a nice quiet community and has all the amenities one would expect. The property mgr called me the day of arrival and was super gracious, he followed up again the next day just to be sure we were happy with everything, which we were.”

“The property is always clean and tidy. I would prefer cotton sheets but bed is very comfortable. The surrounding neighborhood is older but peaceful. I have enjoyed staying every other week. ”
