When I asked for a room with a sofa, I was told that the sofas were very dirty. I also requested an extra pillow, but they gave me a pillow without a pillowcase and provided a sheet to wrap around it. The room was dark because the lamp did not have a light bulb. I asked for a bulb, but the staff……
