“The room was horrible. It had holes in the ceiling, the doors were rotting, surfaces were sticky, there were bugs smashed on the walls and an unidentifiable stain on the towels. The overwhelming smell of urine permeated the room. The front desk clerk was pleasant and I guess the perk was that there weren't any bed bugs. I wish I could give it negative stars.”

“Only one pillow per person. No way to have a bath since no stoppers were available. Staff didn't know their own wifi password. Furniture torn and walls gouged.”
