“Stayed 1 night. Once I checked in and was put in a room, the person next to me played their tv really loud and was talking really loud on their phone. Instead of asking the front desk to say something to this person, I just requested that they move me to a different room. The front desk lady was super nice (thank you) and was able to accommodate my request and put me on a different floor. However my room faced the road outside and it was a very very busy road.
