"Great location. We were here for vacation. We could walk to the market. It's easy to take the bus up to Broadway, down to the waterfront, or to the Space Needle. The rooftop is small but has a nice view of the city. We walked to the monorail. Leave extra time to get the key. We had to go to the QFC and find the Key Cafe, which added time to our already late-night arrival. There are many restaurants and coffee shops that are walkable. "This place will be in my file for future trips. It was as advertised. Neat, clean and lots of room. We don't prepare meals when traveling so not having a "kitchen" per se is just fine with us. A coffee/tea maker was perfect. Washer/dryer came in handy, thanks. Really nice bed. Most importantly, it was quiet at night for sleeping. Not sure what I would do if traveling with the pickup and trailer as I usually do. But I think that could have been figured out too."

"We only stayed overnight as we were cruising the next day. The house was really nice. We were there on an unusually clear and nice day so the living room was a little warm when we arrived but the portable air conditioner in that room worked pretty well. Be aware the home in on the second level so there are stairs to carry up luggage and a few steps inside the home as well. We walked around the neighborhood and felt completely safe. "In the middle of everything"

"We travel annually with a group of women. We grew up together in the Midwest and went to a girls school. This is our 20th trip together in 21 years. The Seattle trip at this condo was really fantastic!! We had a very full agenda during our stay. There were a number of issues with our unit to include: a power outage and someone encroaching on our allocated parking space in the garage. "The property was great. Rooms were clean. The only problem was during check-in. Nowhere in their listing. Did they tell you the apartment number. After a few phone calls to the property manager we got it figured out but I think for the future they should give you the apartment number along with the door code."

"Nice sized efficiency with a much needed gas fireplace to take the edge off record Seattle cold weather. Close to family we were visiting and nicely situated for us. Nice to have the underground garage space and very close to the grocery store."

The apartment was very clean, however, the building itself is pretty out dated. Our host was amazing and always super communicative and answered any questions we had.
