"Rooms were not ready for check in by 4:00\. There were hundreds of guests sitting throughout the lobby. Told everyone they would text us when our room was ready and nobody ever got a message. Finally was able to check in after the game we attended. When I asked how we could get reimbursed for their late check in, the employee stated “we haven’t really been charging for late check outs”. "
