“The property is very old and dingy. I found the rugs to be dirty and the bathroom was moldy around the tub and shower. The TV only worked partially continuing to go in and out. I requested to change rooms and they did accommodate me to a better room. More than likely it is my last time at the hotel, even though it is very close to where I want to be.”

“Staff was kind and helpful on all shifts. Only entrance was in the parking lot and consisted of extremely steep steps, almost impossible for elders and persons with arthritis. Bed was too high and difficult to lay on due to metal coils poking your body. No drawers and no hanging closets for women’s dresses. No information on restaurants, parks, or events, or even instructions for the tv. Overall, not satisfactory but expensive.”

“Absolutely no TV for two days out of the five days stay. Got no credit for either.”
