Downside was having to use WhatsApp as a key to get into the building and the room. Clever but as traveling we didn't have WiFi or mobile data and so was forced to use our mobiles abroad and at a cost. Would have preferred a key. This is an event cluster of apartments, and the management is not quite set up for smooth per diem rentals. All things considered, a pleasant stay and we navigated the lack of short term rental support."

"Our 3 day stay was absolutely amazing. The hotel, located a short walk (or tram ride) to downtown was so easy. Their on site parking was a blessing since we rented a carr. They upgraded our stay to a Suite which was located in the main building featuring a balcony that overlooked the gardens and patio. The beds were super comfortable, the breakfast buffet was great, bar and restaurant were topnotch. If we should travel to tours, we would definitely stay there again.."
