"There wasn’t a shower curtain in one room and All of the plugs in both rooms either didn’t work of fell out of the wall except for one in the bathroom. The lights didn’t work in one. And there were only 5 channels on the tv. Plus a baby bottle in one of the drawers and what looked to be blood on the only rag in the room. "

"I’ll start off this review by saying that the check-in process and the people were so friendly and so nice. The hotel itself is an OK condition though there is some construction going on. When I got to our room, however, I noticed that one of the windows had been left open. I struggled to close it completely. The hotel is so close to the interstate that we did not get a quiet or comfortable night sleep the car noise went on all night"

"The staff is wonderful! Rosalyn was especially helpful and kind! I stayed with my son who is a wheelchair user, in a regular double room (non wheelchair accessible). He was able to use the toilet/sink fine. There was no space in the room to do anything but go straight or backwards with his wheelchair, but we made it work. The beds are very high and that was issue for him. Breakfast was good with actual food (eggs, sausage, potatoes, gravy, biscuits, waffles). The dryer in the guest laundry room did not work and I had a whole load of jerseys to dry. The front desk staff happily popped it in their dryer for me. They do provide quarters for the machines if you bring cash. The location was great, just down the road from our event and many options for food. Every single staff person we interacted with was absolutely wonderful!"

"I was disappointed in the condition of the property for the price per night. I paid $263 (after fees and taxes) The room was clean but threadbare. The bed linens were nice but the towels were clean but threadbare. No grab bar in the tub. The TV did not get a signal and the door did not close properly. Also, the exterior door was unlocked 24/7 and I was the last room on the first floor near that door. I did not experience the breakfast area. Not a "Comfort" visit."

"This was the worst Comfort Suites I have ever stayed at. We had problems with the TV. The microwave didn’t work. The bath tub needs a bath mat or new gripping strips. It was slippery taking a shower. The breakfast was not like other hot breakfast. Sausage and Biscuits one day. Add bacon and eggs the next. Then back to sausage and biscuits. Waffle maker. No selection of fruit. Lobby was dirty. Outside was not well kept. "

"Sean and Rose were excellent hosts who couldn’t do enough for me throughout my stay. The parking options are fine (whilst I was able to park right outside, there’s ample other parking either side of the hotel!). My room was fantastic (including the “his and hers” shower) and the bed was extremely comfortable. The honesty bar was a lovely touch - and the roof terrace was great to have a couple of sundowners on. And breakfast this morning was excellent too! I’d highly recommend this property to anyone visiting West Monroe!"
