“由於一年前預訂的酒店臨時被取消，在別無選擇的情況下選擇了這個酒店來替代被取消的地方，但是酒店內不僅沒有水壺和抽氣扇等基本設施，迷你雪櫃也是壞的，梳化床的支架突出來使人坐著不舒服，睡得也不得安寧。明明保證房價不低於原先預定的地方，但是服務和設施反而比預定的要差多了。而且廁所門還是壞壞的，check out的時候電梯貼了壞了的標示，但我們通過殘破的後備電梯下去之後卻被告知早已修好而酒店沒有通知我們，沒有地方放行李箱，接待處的人對我們還是愛理不理的，一點也不友善。”

"It was a perfect stay. Location is very close to Central which is very convenient. There’s even a tram station closer than a metro station. And it’s very quiet at night. Don’t even have that fan sound or some sort of machine operation sound at night. I don’t even need to put on my earbuds as I usually do when travelling. Room is clean and spacious with everything you need. You can also pay an extra for early check in if you have early flight. Some options are available for dinner in the neighbourhood. I tried one of it and it was very delicious. "
