"Check in and check out was easy to do completely from my phone. The room was nice and clean. We loved the pool area. The only staff we interacted with was in the pool area and they were all kind. Had breakfast at Citizens. Food was great and a huge portion. Would definitely recommend to anyone."

"Paris is really starting to get run down. We were placed in the Versailles Tower which is basically an on old part of Ballys (now Horseshoe). It was a really long walk from the rest of Paris. The rideshare drop off has also moved to the garages so if you are taking that from the airport, be prepared to hoof it through the entire casino to the front check in with your luggage. Housekeeping was a miss. They didn’t show up after repeated calls and the hallways didn’t get cleaned during the weekend. High priced food typical strip food. Pool has a nice view and reasonable prices for cabanas and daybeds. As of now (April 2026) hot tubs are closed for renovation. "
