"Hotel & rooms are not only outdated, but dirty. We also were given our room assignment and keys, only to find the room was still occupied! Huge safety concern and minimal apology from staff (just an oops, that's weird). Would not stay again, needs some serious work all around."

"I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The bathtub was clogged, and the toilet kept making loud noises with water constantly running. The entire facility had an unpleasant smell, like dirty rugs, which made it very uncomfortable. The elevators were dirty and poorly maintained, and the room itself was lacking basic amenities—there wasn’t even a microwave, only a fridge. Overall, this felt like a complete waste of my time and money. I would not recommend staying here."

"The room had strings of hair in the bathroom and the top sheet was ripped from the press. I informed the front desk and one of the staff but nothing happened. Aside from those two minor issues, it was a really good stay. The food was good and the bed was very comfortable."
