“Very dirty, old room. If it wasn’t that close to the airport and quiet I would have left. And even the low price was far too much for what it was.”

“Bathroom sink didn't drain properly, building has an unpleasant odor, limited towels, floor dirty, bug on counter, room tired and need updating and extra charges upon check in.”

“Fabulous location and the host was extremely responsive to communications which I rarely need with VRBOs.Be aware that laundry is in the building, not the unit - but very close and not a problem. Property is up one flight, no elevator. Also, spacious closet but no dresser or drawers. No big deal depending on length of stay. None of this was misrepresented, I just didn’t notice or ask the right questions.”

“Clean, comfortable bed, plenty of amenities. Steps and entry were a little awkward. Street parking only unless you paid extra for their garage which was a very tight fit for my sedan. Note older building so could hear neighbors but it wasn’t intrusive. Also note 3.6 miles to Wrigley was a 25 minute drive. Overall great place and would stay again.”

“This is a great little garden unit studio. We had a bit of a longer stay but it was very comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend!”

“Unit was fine. The building smelled awful...lobby and foyer like 25 cans of febreeeze. choking sweet .”

“Room was nice and in a safe location.”

“Visiting my son in college. We were able to have some family time and home made meals. He was so happy. It was our home away from home for an entire weekend. It was just perfect for us. We will be back.”

“Absolutley fabulous! Will stay again! The beds were comfy, the neighors nice, the place was super clean and safe. The owner was very responsive to all of my messages and recommended some great newarvy restaurants. Our personal favorite is Backlot, fantastic coffee and great bakery breakfast items for our kids (11 and 14), seriously everything there was delicious. The only unexpected thing was the walk from the unit to Martin Stadium was much further than it stated in the listing. You are looking...

“The host responded quickly to my requests. Apartment was clean. Kitchen well stocked with cooking, utensils, spices, etc. He registered my car so I coiud park on the street without any problem. Close to the Blue Line stop to take the "L" into downtown Chicago.”

“Parking was easy, directions were so simple. We had a GREAT time!! This place is so cute. Decorated so well. The beds are very comfy and plenty of sunlight comes into the room. Very obvious this place was spruced up recently because it feels very modern and lovely.”

“Area was quiet and homey. We stayed in both nights we stayed, however there were plenty of things to eat nearby. The coffee shop around the corner was nice. We had a fabulous time. We would stay at this property again.”

“Very cute little place to stay. Parking was a mess but once we got it figured out it went smoothly. Was so hot in there would have been nice to be able to adjust the thermostat without messaging the owner but we made it work.”

“Everything was great. Super clean, and cozy. I would suggest maybe a step ladder, some shelves in the kitchen were impossible for me to reach. Luckily my partner is quite tall. But well stocked with most things you’ll need to cook. In a quiet neighborhood with ample parking, close to food and a short drive to the beach. Comfy bed. Would stay here again.”
