“The entry lock was an adventure. You had to keep pulling the key slightly in and out and turn and pray. It is an old building and the floors sag. There were about 4 place settings of stainless(mismatched). The hot and cold faucets in the shower are loose and you have to turn and turn to get cold water. “Great location. We drove in, but the Brown line is within a ten minute walk. At present there is no permit parking (Yay!), so we were able to park for free down the street, but there are some limitations M-F, 8am-4pm at the far end of the street. The apartment was clean and as described. Heat was radiator. I didn’t see A/C but we didn’t need it in the winter. The bed was a king and very comfortable. “Super clean and just as cozy as advertised! While the El tracks are VERY close, mostly did not find it to be disruptive after we adjusted a little bit. Things were well-appointed, kitchen well organized and stocked with basics, and beds were comfy. Location-wise, it is close to breweries and shopping, convenient access to the Brown Line, and a great little neighborhood. Justin was a terrific host, in touch with us frequently, and gave great recommendations. I would stay here again for sure!”

“Great location. The check in process was seamless with good communication and detailed directions. There were four of us and we each had our own bedroom (with very comfortable queen size beds) and separate bathrooms. "I stayed in this hotel alone while attending the Chicago Marathon. It was a beautiful hotel with a great location.
