“Our son stayed here while visiting his girlfriend who attends Murray State. Communication with Host was excellent prior to arrival and during his stay. Son and his girlfriend both said property was clean, cozy and comfortable and the location was great. Definitely recommend and will stay here again on future visits!”

“We enjoyed the house immensely. The house is beautiful and clean. The set up is perfect for a family weekend. The beds are firm, as others have noted. The neighborhood is wonderful. We had neighbors stop and say hi and chat as my boys played baseball outside. We even realized my husband knew some of the neighbors from his time at Murray State. Very friendly atmosphere and welcoming. We were in town for a college baseball game and the proximity to campus was perfect for us. We cooked many……

“Cozy with PLENTY of space!! We had 2 adults and 2 children. Loved having a spacious kitchen and living room. Having a washer and dryer was a plus. Bed was super comfortable, i wanted to take it home with me!! :) Owner was extremely accomodating. All of this paired with the perfect spot to get away and relax....with a quiet neiborhood and lots to do in the area ... this is a must stay place in this area. Would 100% recommend!”

“Roaches in the room. Moved rooms and fan didnt work. They had hot chocolate any time of the day but decided to take that away. Booked the room because of the indoor pool but was working until late. By the time I got to the room, pool was closed”

“Inexpensive room with comfortable bed, nice refrigerator and microwave. Only glitches were that bathroom door would not stay closed and one lamp was not working, probably because it needed a new lightbulb. We had a good check-in and got good advice regarding local restaurants.”
