“The cabin's main bed was very cozy and comfortable to sleep on as well as the pillows. There was no hammock as promised in the ad. The ad led us to believe that the amenities included were apart of our package, but when we arrived, we found out that there were extra fees for laundry, ice, firewood, etc. Myself and my husband thought these things were included due to the way the ad was worded. “It would be good for the person doing the check in to let the guest know the policy on room cleaning and gathering of supplies. The system in place is ok just needs to be made known. The room doors are quite noisy when being closed. One suggestion is to add weather stripping of similar material to each door frame.”
